Specialty Products Supervisor Full time Location: Tice Based in Fort Myers, Florida, Goodwill of Southwest Florida is committed to serving people with disabilities and disadvantages by offering life-changing opportunities to achieve independence. Goodwill Industries of Southwest Florida works with the community providing support in mission services, retail and donated goods, and business development. Description of Responsibilities: Sorts donations as outlined by the Kaizen system and follows all RAW/Salvage sorts and labeling guidelines. Meets or exceeds set hard-line processing goals/standards. Increases productivity and strives for continuous process improvement. Audit soft line racks produced for the Boutiques. Follows pricing guidelines established for the Boutiques. Successfully oversees direct report's daily activities to meet expectations. Follows and enforces all company policies, Retail SOPs and federal, state and local laws. Requires frequent and continued lifting of items weighing up to 40 pounds. May have to occasionally work where temperatures and climate can fluctuate. Other related duties as assigned. Required Experience: High school diploma or the equivalent. One year of retail sales experience preferred.
