Description:
Position: Proposal Coordinator Location: Cerritos, CA GST Proposal Coordinator The GST Proposal Coordinator will coordinate and produce the bid or proposal response document to client's request for proposals (RFP/RFQ). The role requires a high level attention to detail and the ability to meet client deadlines.The Proposal Coordinator works closely with our sales, operations, and finance teams to prepare proposal content necessary to respond to Requests for Information (RFI), Requests for Quote (RFQ) , Requests for Proposal (RFP), and other client requests to comply with contractual requirements set forth by potential customers. Job Duties Production and delivery of compliant, professionally produced proposals within customer defined timeframes Coordinate proposal input from a variety of stakeholders, typically involving contributions from sales, engineering, finance, legal and delivery Ensure proposal documents follow standard formatting and quality standards Proofread and review GST's proposals. Ensure consistent branding for all company specific documents Manages all owner/contractor agreements, including coordination of insurance requirements, bond requirements, and other corporate documents Issues all subcontract agreements, including review of proposal terms, conditions, and prices with accuracy in compliance with corporate requirements Monitors and communicates contract status/phase throughout the organization, ensuring team members respond appropriately based on particular phase of contract (i.e. new job startup packets, construction phase activities, closeout activities) Perform other related business administration or sales tasks. Qualifications Past experience is preferred.
