Project Administrator Immediate Full Time Opportunity for a Project Administrator Is this a great job for you? This position is great for self-motivated, hardworking, individuals who like daily challenges. This position will be located at our jobsite in Gallup, New Mexico. What will you do? Assist with material supplier set up Assist with Submittals, RFIs Prepare meeting agendas and attend meetings to take minutes Prepare Field Reports Assist with Production Reports Assist with As-Builts Performs miscellaneous administrative tasks for the project Do you meet the requirements we are seeking? Familiar with Water & Sewer Construction preferred Previous On-Site Project Administrative Experience a Plus! Proficient with Microsoft Office products, especially Outlook, Excel and Word Experience with HCSS HeavyJob software helpful Who is SJ Louis Construction?
