Customer Service/Warranty Representative - Service Trucks & Cranes

Description:
As a Customer Service/Warranty Representative, you will keep our customers running! Work with Service Truck International and Tiger Crane customers to answer questions, troubleshoot problems, determine parts needs, and warranty work. Duties include: Troubleshooting customer inquires over telephone and email. Ensuring parts are shipped to customers correctly and in a timely manner. Inspects returned parts from customers and returns to vendor for credit. Documents all warranty issues in CRM. Meets regularly with the Production Manger, Assembly Supervisor, Engineering, and STI Sales Manager to coordinate the resolution of warranty issues. Effective listening skills, the ability to communicate clearly in a positive manor, and the ability to exercise patience is key for someone in this position. Previous experience with automotive electrical and hydraulics is preferred. Job Posted by ApplicantPro
