Lifestyle Coordinator We are seeking a full time Lifestyle Coordinator to develop, implement, communicate and evaluate Lifestyle Innovation to support the John Knox Village brand. As a Lifestyle Coordinator, you will ensure that events and programs run smoothly, ensuring all set-up requirements, production needs, catering, and other details are all coordinated efficiently timely and accurately within budget. Working as a key member of the team, you will also collaborate with other departments and tem members to ensure accurate event planning, calendaring and communications to provide a wide variety of cultural, physical and social activities and an enriching experience for the residents of John Knox Village. Here are some additional highlights you'll want to know about the individuals we seek: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Recreation Therapy or a related field Prior experience working in a Life Plan or senior living community Knowledge of Life Plan Continuum Excellent communication skills Someone who likes being part of a team; contributes as an active team member Technologically savvy, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Publisher, and a variety of software and devices In exchange, the position offers a competitive pay rate, and is supported by a comprehensive benefits program (eligibility requirements) including medical insurance, dental insurance, vision coverage, 401(k), paid time off, comprehensive training, on-going education, more than usual autonomy, the ability to be part of your teams' decision making, and more!
