Position Details The Household Coordinator position is a blended role with primary responsibilities in social services, housing, management of staff and activities. The primary purpose of this position is to enhance residents' quality of life while working closely with the RN Clinical Coordinator (RNCC) and effectively managing the household and all non-clinical functions of staff. While 24-hour responsibility of all clinical functions of the household fall within the role of the RNCC and on-call nurses, 24-hour responsibility for the non-clinical functions of the household will be the responsibility of the Household Coordinator. What Y ou Offer Minimum of 3 years' experience in home care, assisted living and/or long-term care. Must be able to demonstrate leadership qualities and have the ability to develop and motivate people. Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant or willing to obtain. Must possess good critical thinking and problem-solving skills and exhibit the ability to prioritize responsibilities. Must be flexible and be able to work under stressful situations. Communicate effectively in English, verbally and in writing. Pass a background study through the Minnesota Department of Human Services. Work Schedule Full-time position; 80 hours per biweekly pay period. Primarily Monday - Friday from 8:00am - 4:30pm with varied hours at times to accommodate needs in the household.
