Job description Quality Assurance Systems Coordinator Job Duties & Responsibilities : Maintain and implement effective quality programs, procedures, processes, goals, and methods to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, corporate quality policies, and applicable industry quality standards (i.e. FSSC, HACCP). Manage all product and process audits and the corrective/preventive action system used to ensure compliance; manage all aspects of quality activities associated with third-party audits and requirements. Prepares/analyzes integrated management reports (Key Drivers) for all quality systems, process and quality improvements and Balance Score Cards. Evaluates data for trends, investigates source of trend, and informs manager regarding information requiring further attention. Coordinate new product testing and generate periodic Quality and Audit reports. Perform other duties as assigned. Desired Skills & Qualifications: Fundamental knowledge of quality systems (FSSC, SQF, BRC or SQMS). Ability to work with a variety of audit methods (internal audits, third-party audits, regulatory audits) tools and techniques. Ability to prioritize work assignments in a changing environment while still meeting business needs. Attention to detail and the ability to analyze and interpret data. Ability to communicate throughout the organization in written and verbal form. Ability to work effectively and collaboratively within teams and at all levels of the organization. Ability to handle multiple priorities to achieve results in a dynamic environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Software and AS400 operating systems Experience: Minimum 1-3 years related experience in auditing. Preferred Education/Training: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
