AVP, Business Development Manager

Description:
The AVP, Business Development Manager will assume, but not be limited to, the following responsibilities: Business Development Strategy and Execution Plan, develop and oversee the overall business development strategy. Build growth strategy to acquire SEG, do on-sit visits, potentially install an ATM and potentially eventually put a branch on-site. Ensure First City builds out organization structure to support this model including executive sponsors, SEG business development groups and local branch personnel support. Collects, generates and provides statistical business development performance data to determine effectiveness of business development program. Work with business units within organization, including Branch Managers and staff, to create FCCU brand ambassadors in support of new business development initiatives. Collaborate with design and communications team to develop relevant and engaging collateral to attract potential SEGs and ensure alignment with organization brand. The successful candidate will possess the following education, knowledge and skillsets : Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field Experience as a Business Development Manager or similar sales/marketing role. Knowledge and experience with social media platforms Strong communication and negotiation skills Excellent Leadership skills Critital thinker and problem solver Well-developed planning and time management skills Thorough knowledge of First City products, services, procedures, policies, operations and promotions Highly professional demeanor and appearance Excellent command of MS Office and Business Development/Sales CRM software Excellent organizational skills We provide competitive compensation and benefits package that includes: Health, dental, and vision plans 401(k) plan Life insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) Plan Paid holidays EOE Job Posted by ApplicantPro
