Job Summary This is a fast-paced position heavily involved in mathematical and technical areas. The QA Technician serves as an important supporting member of the Production Team. Job Duties & Res ponsibilities : Routine sampling and testing of Fresh Express product and materials throughout shift Ability to recognize, identify, document and communicate all analytical quality and food safety evaluations, processing checks, and out-of-spec sample. Confirm adjustments are made to ensure compliance of specifications. Support leadership in GMP compliance throughout the facility Other duties as assigned. Desired Skills & Qualifications: Analytical Skills Organizational Skills Excellent written communication Keen attention to detail Critical/Logical thinking Must pass Math Assessment. Requirements: Establish and implement processes to detect and prevent quality problems. Identify control, and correct items, services and processes that do not meet established requirements. Identify the causes of problems and work to prevent recurrence as a part of correcting the problems.
