New Hire Sign on/Retention Bonus!! $250 with first full paycheck and $250 after 90 days! Job title: Order Selector 5pm to 1am Shift What you'll do: Pick and stack product on pallets using voice pick system Operate ride-on electric pallet jack or forklift Stage pallets in designated locations Perform work accurately and efficiently Pay: $20.20/hr for first 30 days. $16.60 - $22.20/hr after (performance-based incentive with $16.60 base) What we offer: Monday-Friday, 5pm-1am shift Paid time off (holidays & vacation) Excellent benefits including medical, dental, and vision 401(k) with company contribution Consistent work schedule Basic qualifications: High school, GED, or equivalent diploma preferred Regular, reliable, predictable attendance Must be able to lift, push and pull up to 165 lbs.
