Responsibilities: Develops and models new products that represent the company's mission and values and manages existing products to maintain new business and inforce profitability in Moody's Axis software. This includes, but is not limited to, creation of product concepts, stochastic and deterministic modeling, product filing requirements, new business product feature setting, renewal rate setting and supporting other initiatives as required. This position may lead a team of actuarial pricing associates. Required Associate or Fellow in the Society of Actuaries. Experience with actuarial modeling software; AXIS is a plus. Demonstrate a high level of mathematical ability, attention to detail and strong analytical skills. Strong communication - verbal and written skills - ability to communicate effectively with technical and nontechnical people a must. Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills. Must be flexible in adjusting to rapidly changing business environments, managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Self-motivated individual who can effectively work independently and as part of a team. Must embrace and portray the company core values in all projects. Bachelor's degree with strong focus on mathematics or a related business field.
