Job Type: Part-Time (8-12 hours per week), Self-Scheduling During Daylight HoursWage: $25.00 per hourJob Description: We are looking for an experienced Exterior Property Technician to join our team on a part-time basis. As an Exterior Property Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining the exterior appearance and condition of our properties. Set your own day-light schedule based on the needs of the property. All supplies and equipment are provided and on-site. Perform routine maintenance tasks: The Exterior Property Technician is responsible for performing regular maintenance tasks, such as mowing lawns, pruning shrubs and trees, planting flowers, and fertilizing the grounds. Perform routine maintenance tasks on the exterior of our properties, such as cleaning, insect/bug spraying, and repairing Change the filters on RTU - (On the Job Training) Maintain and repair equipment, such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers, to ensure that they are in good working order Inspect the exterior of properties regularly including the roof to identify any maintenance issues or repairs needed Keep exterior areas clean and tidy, including sweeping, raking, and removing trash & debris Work with property managers and other team members to prioritize tasks and ensure timely completion Follow all safety protocols and guidelines when performing tasks Communicate effectively with team members and property owner regarding maintenance needs and progress Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Experience in exterior property maintenance and repair is preferred Ability to work independently and manage own daylight schedule Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and lift up to 60 pounds Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with team members and property owner Valid driver's license and reliable transportation If you are a self-motivated individual with a passion for maintaining and improving the exterior appearance of properties, we encourage you to apply for this position.
