Overview: This position is responsible for the preparation of catering orders to specifications in a timely manner. Duties include preparing product for delivery through assembling platters in an attractive and organized manner, receiving products to ensure accurate deliveries, and ensuring product freshness and quality for our customers. Day in the Life: Location: Primarily in prep kitchens. What to Expect: We pride ourselves on providing full-service catering and event planning with exceptional food and service. You will have the opportunity to assist in the overall guest experience by preparing excellent product platters. Qualifications: Qualified candidates have prior food preparation experience.
