O Bee Credit Union is looking for a Training Specialist to join the Learning and Development team. This position is a full time, exempt position, working Monday-Friday at our Administration building located in Lacey, Washington. This position will report to the Learning and Development Manager and is responsible for assisting with the creation of developing training systems and programs. Trains new team members on basic job functions and exceptional member service. Provides operational support to branches as needed. Works toward and assists in the positive image and growth of the credit union, cultivating an environment of community. The position will be the primary trainer for branch Tellers/Member Service Representatives and Financial Service Representatives. Want to learn more about the position?
