Title: Product Manager Location: Herndon, VA Clearance: None Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Product Manager to join our team and lead our cloud security products WraithTM and RevenantTM. As the Product Manager, you will be the chief visionary and evangelist behind your products, painting the vision and strategy for your products and getting cross-functional buy-in and support. You will have an annual sales target with a focus on selling primarily into DHS CISA, DOD, and the Intelligence Community. Key Responsibilities: Define and implement the product strategy for our cloud security products, including product vision, strategy, roadmap, go-to-market, and customer success plan Collaborate with technical product manager and engineering to develop and execute product roadmap Analyze customer feedback and market research to identify customer needs, willingness to pay, and opportunities for product improvements Manage the product lifecycle, including product planning, user story writing, and sprint management (in conjunction with the technical product manager and engineering) Build and maintain trust-based relationships with customers; act as a single point of contact for all sales activities with customers Develop strong customer relationships with and a robust pipeline of marketing/sales/product qualified leads in target markets Ensure our products meet industry security standards and compliance regulations (I.e., FedRAMP) Collaborate with marketing to develop effective product positioning, messaging, and sales enablement tools (I.e., demos, slicks, ads, etc.) Act as the product liaison between the customer and our internal teams Define and track product KPIs and use data to inform product decisions and prioritize future roadmap features and benefits Stay current with industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new product opportunities and stay ahead of the market Requirements: Bachelor's degree (Masters preferred...MBA or other advanced degrees) 5+ years of experience as a product manager, with a focus on cloud security products Strong solution selling skills Understanding of cloud computing and security technologies, such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud, as well as security standards and compliance regulations Proven track record of managing the development and go-to-market launch of successful SaaS or cloud security products Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform product decisions Ability to think strategically, define and execute on a product vision, and prioritize initiatives to achieve business goals Ability to multi-task, working on multiple initiatives in parallel and able to prioritize those activities which are time sensitive Excellent team player Able to work under pressure and roll-up sleeves to get things done Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed Preferred Qualifications: Pragmatic Marketing Certified As a contingency to employment at NetCentrics, all candidates who are given offers must successfully pass a background investigation including criminal history and reference checks This employer participates in E-Verify and will provide the federal government with your Form I-9 information to confirm that you are authorized to work in the U.S. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, veteran status or on the basis of disability.
