Description:
The Brand Ambassador Associate will promote the message of MAXhealth to key local community partners as well as senior-focused businesses to add them as patients to MAXhealth Primary Care Clinics. They will orchestrate sales events and develop fun and cost-effective techniques (door to door canvassing) to keep senior participation and satisfaction high, in part to drive referral sales from satisfied patients to help fuel membership growth. Job Qualifications 1) Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Business Field2) 1-3 years Sales/Marketing Experience preferably in Healthcare Field3) Ability to Develop Relationship with Physicians in Professional Manner Essential Job Duties / Responsibilities 1) Develop brand marketing campaigns for our targeted audience.2) Stamina to work in a fast paced and demanding environment.3) Mental alertness and critical thinking skills to organize tasks and manage events.4) Professional and supportive attitude to patients, co-workers, and all customers of the5) Organization.6) Ability to travel 75% of the week.7) Participate in community events as a spokesperson for our company.8) Work closely with the marketing team to execute campaigns in the field that will generate leads for our patient advocates along with increase retention with current patients.9) Strong understanding of marketing trends within your industry to contribute effective events that will increase brand awareness.10) Working directly with Maxhealth Primary Care Clinics to grow brand awareness in the surrounding areas and increase patient retention.11) Work with Senior Management to help meet Marketing Goals for designated focus clinics for both growth and retention.12) Plans, coordinates, and executes events within the community to help generate leads and brand awareness.13) Cultivates strong relationships with health plan agents, individual insurance agents, and related community providers to keep MaxHealth as their top provider choice for senior healthcare when referring patients to a primary care physician.14) Produce initiatives that will appropriately drive new patient growth by educating potential patients on our value proposition and healthcare model.15) Provide patient advocates leads generated from events that needs to be followed up and closed on.16) Meets key sales deliverables within established timeframes.17) Meets or exceeds expected productivity goals. Delivers on established commitments.18) Knowledge of healthcare and excellent communication skills are required.19) Must be able to communicate effectively both orally and written.20) Other duties as assigned and modified at manager's discretion. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities 1) Relevant selling experience with establishing and maintaining relationship withbusiness/vendor partners.2) Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced work environment.3) Detail-oriented and proficient in MS office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook); experiencewith CRM tools (Salesforce) preferred.4) Effective written and verbal communication skills (e.g., pitch letters, outbound calls, effectiveone-on-one meetings, group presentations, etc.).5) Positive attitude and the ability to attract patients with a warm, gentle disposition as it relates toour target market and their caregivers (ability to close sales without being perceived as pushy).6) Bilingual is a plus.7) Ability to travel locally/statewide.
