We are looking for an ambitious and energetic team member to join our team at Momentum Spine and Joint - Mesquite as a full-time, bilingual Medical Receptionist . Responsibilities: Demonstrates Customer Service Standards (smiles and makes eye contact, greets each patient and visitor, seeks out patient and visitor contact, displays appropriate body language at all times, take 5 minutes each day to go above and beyond for one patient or visitor, honor diversity and thanks each customer/patient) Greet patients as they arrive at the facility and provide them with appropriate information Assist patients to complete all necessary forms and documentation Ensure completeness and accuracy of patients' forms and logs all demographics in EMR system Update patients' information into database Respond and comply to requests for information including sending faxes and e-mails Answer telephone and deal with inquiries Other duties as assigned Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent Bilingual; fluent in English and Spanish Must have reliable transportation for traveling Work Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Tuesday 8:00 AM - 6:30 PM Friday 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM One Saturday a Month 7:00 AM - 12:00 PM Benefits Offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance Short-Term and Long-Term Disability Insurance 401(k) with employer contribution Paid Time Off + Paid Holidays Please visit our website for additional information: momentumspine.com Job Posted by ApplicantPro
