We are looking for an ambitious and energetic team leader to join our team at Quantum Pain and Orthopedics as a full-time, Assistant Manager . Responsibilities: Responsible for day-to-day operations of the clinic Learns, monitors, and reinforces company and department policies, procedures, and ethical conduct Provides oversight and training to the departments Resolves issues in a real-time environment, including customer service issues and patient complaints Serves as a liaison between manager and staff regarding work assignments, clinical priorities and performance issues of clinical staff Performs administrative duties such as answering phones, checking in patients, triaging, preparing charts, scheduling procedures and managing inventory of office supplies Reviews and approves employee timesheets Helps to build a culture of respect, accountability and trust Other duties as assigned Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent Minimum 1-year experience in the healthcare field Must have reliable transportation for traveling Benefits Offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance Short-Term and Long-Term Disability Insurance 401(k) with employer contribution Paid Time Off + Paid Holidays Please visit our website for additional information: quantumpainortho.com Job Posted by ApplicantPro
