The Garrett Group (TGG) is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nuclear Command and Control Training Curriculum Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will have at least two years of nuclear command and control experience and a minimum of three years of experience in developing lesson plans and training curricula. They will be responsible for coordinating and collaborating with technical experts to develop positional training and standardization curriculum for a 6-person nuclear command and control team. Responsibilities: Coordinate and collaborate with technical experts to develop positional training and standardization curriculum for a 6-person nuclear command and control team Develop training curricula for each of the 11 core positional responsibilities, including Team Chief, Conference Management, Strike Advisor, Logistics, Emergency Actions Officer, Emergency Actions Noncommissioned Officer, Meteorological and Oceanographic Officer, Missile Warning, Intelligence, Communications, and Security Develop a Final Task Inventory, Initial Plan of Instruction, and Annual Plan of Instruction for each team member Develop lesson plans for all tasks with criterion and enabling objectives Ensure that all training materials comply with applicable regulations, directives, and policies Review and update training materials as necessary to ensure that they remain current and effective Experience/Requirements: At least two years of nuclear command and control experience A minimum of three years of experience in developing lesson plans and training curricula Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Knowledge of applicable regulations, directives, and policies **The GARRETT GROUP, Inc. is an Affirmative Action/Equal Opportunity Employer.
