Working directly with the Director of Education, the team is responsible for ensuring the highest quality of student experiences at One River School. In addition, the Director is the connector with the local community and their business development efforts help to maximize brand awareness and lead generation. Responsibilities include: Oversee and manage the overall day-to-day operations of the school, social media execution and help support overall digital marketing strategies Manage the marketing / local community outreach for the school to make sure that One River School is top of mind and building high levels of brand awareness Work with the team to develop and roll out new products and tools that support our innovative business plan Drive the revenue development side of the school by managing the student enrollment and driving sales processes on student inquiries Recruit, select, manage and lead a team of education and support professionals to drive excellence and build a dynamic and creative school culture Develop strategies and executing programs that maximize student retention Create a strong connection with members and ensuring the highest level of customer service Work with the team to develop and roll out new products and tools that support our innovative business plan Work closely with the Director of Education to manage teacher schedules, teacher assistants, substitutes and oversee the labor costs for teaching Qualifications: 3-5 years of professional experience in an arts management or hospitality management Bachelor's Degree in Business / Arts / Arts Management Thrive in a fast-paced and goal orientated environment Demonstrated ability to meet sales goals and strict deadlines Desire and ability to act as an advocate for One River Schools Strong planning and organizational skills Strong Microsoft Office Suite with the ability to interpret data and reports in Excel Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator Quick learner with new technology related to website updates, contact management and email marketing One River is an Equal Opportunity Employer institution and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, religion, age, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, veteran status, height, weight, pregnancy or marital status in employment or the provision of services and is an equal access/equal opportunity employer.
