Active Directory / Exchange Specialist - Senior (w/ active Secret) Location: New Orleans, LA Clearance: Secret JOB DESCRIPTION Critical Solutions has an immediate need for Active Directory / Exchange Specialist - Senior to support a federal program in New Orleans, LA. The Senior Active Directory / Exchange Specialist will perform root cause analysis of critical outages and incidents, engineer's permanent solutions, and coordinates implementation; executes life-cycle events for Active Directory network group objects to include: creating new group objects, modifying group object attributes, modifying group object type, and deactivating and deleting group objects. PRIMARY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Provides technical advice, guidance, and recommendations to client and technical specialists on critical Exchange & Windows software improvements, updates, and vulnerability issues. Collaborates in researching, planning, designing, and assessing current and expected Windows infrastructure needs, configuration, maintenance, optimization and documentation of Windows infrastructure. Owns, creates and maintains system documentation for domain technologies, including installation, configuration, and appropriate troubleshooting steps. Establishes, enforces, and monitors security policies and procedures to ensure appropriate usage of information systems. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: **Active Secret clearance High school Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (G ED) plus 10+ years of experience in general IT Possess Information Assurance Technician (IAT) Level II Certs Experience with information technology (IT) including six (6) years using Active Directory and/or Exchange. Must possess an a MCSE: Cloud Platform and Infrastructure or Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) certification in Productivity or Messaging. Enhanced knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server 2016/2019, Windows 10, Microsoft Active Directory, TCP/IP Protocols, and Group Policies Experience managing compliance with license agreements. Experience controlling and monitoring user access to the system. Experience planning, executing, and maintaining backup and recovery of the syste LOCATION: On customer site in New Orleans, LA Must be willing and able to commute to New Orleans, LA Clearance Requirement: Must be a US Citizen and possess an active DoD Secret Clearance . In addition to specific security clearance requirements, selected candidate must undergo background investigation and finger printing by the federal agency and successfully pass the preceding to qualify for the position.
