Vermont Electric Cooperative needs a great team leader who is qualified to supervise work in substations, relays, and advanced metering. The successful candidate will have demonstrated success in leading small teams, project management, and excellent organizational and communication skills. Substations are the hub of distribution utilities and this person must be effective with all stakeholders. As a member-owned cooperative, our focus is simple: safely keep the lights on for our 33,000 members, while innovating for the grid needs of tomorrow.
