What does a Residence Manager do? A Residence Manager will be involved in training, leading and motivating our Residential Direct Support Professionals (DSP's), while providing a positive and nurturing environment for both our employees and the people we support in one of our Schoharie County homes. Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED required One year of supervisory experience working directly with people with developmental disabilities is required Valid NYS Driver's License with 2 years of experience required What can The Arc Lexington offer you?
