BCRS is looking for someone with customer service and account management experience who is used to handling a large customer account. This is a fast-paced environment with a lot of multitasking and close attention to detail necessary to maintain accuracy. This is an excellent opportunity for someone that enjoys working independently with customers and prefers a fun fast-paced work environment. We offer outstanding benefits and opportunities for growth.We are looking for an individual who is looking to advance into a leadership role.Responsibilities include: You will be the main contact for the customer and are responsible for fostering a positive relationship Handle customer's orders, correspondence, complaints, updates, and inquiries, especially on major accounts Train and manage junior members of the team Serve as the main customer service representative on a major account and provide leadership to the team Review transactions and communicate with the customer on all developments during the move Produce great results measured by customer satisfaction, efficiency, and on-time delivery Participate in proactive client outreach efforts to resolve issues before they become complaints Provide follow-up/feedback to internal associates on issue resolution as needed while keeping upper management informed Complete and evaluate post-move follow-up customer satisfaction surveys Order Entry and data integrity Support functions as needed for senior management Our company provides you with: Medical and Dental Plans Vision Discount Plan 401(k) retirement plan Company-paid life insurance Paid vacation and holidays Bonus Program Requirements: Customer Service experience, logistics experience preferred Must be able to work in person Monday- Friday from 8 am-5 pm with a Saturday rotational coverage once every two months Must be able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Sound judgment, initiative, and professional communication skills must be always exhibited. Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize workload.
