Great Oaks Associates is the premier landscape service provider in Novi and is growing and looking to add an additional experienced professional for Account Manager . This person will focus on maintaining and building relationships with existing and new clients, as well as all sales associates with our existing /new clients. Compensation & Benefits Annual salary -commiserate with experience Vehicle, Cell, and Laptop provided Annual bonus based on probability of company and performance of the employee. Healthcare Benefits with company contribution (medical, dental, vision) 401(k) with Company Match Vacation, PTO, and Paid Holidays Responsibilities Maintain and grow relationships with commercial and residential clients Conduct regular visits and evaluations with clients and sites. Identify and pursue new opportunities with clients. Monitor and report performance of services by crews. Train, motivate, lead, and evaluate crew members. Control and manage costs and expenses related to each job. Assist all sales associates with new and existing clients estimations. Qualifications: Knowledgeable in landscape maintenance/horticultural services, industry techniques, and best practices. Experience in estimating all horticultural landscaping and snow services. Experience in handling the estimates, proposals, and contracts Plant identification must be strong (tree, shrubs, annuals & perennials) Effective communication skills with clients and co-workers. Required minimum 2 years of Landscape Account Management experience. Proficient in Microsoft Office Highly motivated, energetic, and goal orientated. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to multitask and maintain a professional demeanor. Above-average organizational skills and high attention to detail.
