Lexus of Cool Springs has the exciting opportunity to expand its team with the addition of a full-time Car Wash associate. Looking for a fast-paced, hard-working candidate interested in a long-term career. PAY RATE: $15/HR, $16/HR AFTER 90 DAYS BENEFITS: Paid health and dental insurance Closed every Sunday and all major holidays Paid vacation days Paid Lexus training Vehicle reimbursement program IRA match program Christmas club program REQUIREMENTS: 1. Washes vehicle exterior, cleans interior and exterior windows, wipes down doorjambs, applies wax and applies dressing on tires and tire wells and also removes plastic as necessary.2. Vacuums interior of vehicles to remove loose dirt and debris.3. Maintains house demos in a clean and presentable condition at all times.4. Keeps work area and dealership neat and clean and organize supplies and equipment.5. Operates all tools and equipment in a safe manner; uses proper eye, hand, and body protection when using products that require protection.6. Must wear provided uniforms to work at all times.7. Must maintain a professional appearance.8. Helps complete daily laundry.9. Communicate effectively with co-workers, management, and service advisors on the status of vehicles or any issues.10. Performs other duties as assigned.11. Must have dependable transportation.12. All applicants must be at least 19 years old and able to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test, credit report and valid driver's license. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND WORKING CONDITIONS: 1. Regularly required to stand, walk, talk, hear, reach with hands & arms, use hands to finger, handle, or feel; & frequently required to stoop, kneel, and crouch.2. Regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds; occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.3. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.4. Regularly exposed to (outside) wet and/or humid conditions, moving mechanical parts, & fumes or airborne particles; frequently exposed to toxic or caustic chemicals. 5. Must work a predictable and consistent work schedule, which may include Saturdays and holidays, anytime from 7:30 a.m.-6 p.m., as determined by management and business needs.
