Our Bee Cave medical office is in need of an additional Patient Service Representative. Our team is made up of individuals that work together to make sure each patient receives proper care and attention. If you believe in providing excellent customer service and like a fast paced, yet compassionate environment, we would love to talk with you about joining our team.Patient Service Representatives are responsible for administrative tasks such as: Patient check-in Determining patient costs and collecting payments Preparing and maintaining patient charts Obtaining and processing referrals and authorizations Balancing daily receipts Performing data entry We prefer individuals with previous administrative experience, especially in a medical environment. Proficiency with computers and EMR software are preferred as well.This position is full time, working Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
