WORK SCHEDULE FOR AN INTAKE SPECIALIST This position will work a day shift schedule during normal business hours. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN INTAKE SPECIALIST As an Intake Coordinator working with in our residential program, you will greet patients and collect personal information, medical histories, and insurance details relevant to admission for services. You will address patient inquiries and concerns. Success in this role will be demonstrated by your attention to detail and organizational abilities. You should also possess strong interpersonal skills and exemplify excellence in customer services. This position will assist all programs throughout the building, coordinative admissions into the Residential Treatment and Withdrawal Management Programs. Patients appreciate your friendly demeanor as you treat them with empathy and respect. QUALIFICATIONS FOR INTAKE SPECIALIST High School Diploma/GED Minimum of 2 years in the medical field Knowledge of Chemical Dependency preferred. Can you provide professional and compassionate care?
