About the Job Caselle is looking for a self-motivated, detail oriented individual to assist our clients with their accounting needs. This individual should possess strong communication skills, the ability to work with cross-functional teams, and a proven ability to manage workload in a fast paced, challenging environment. Client, department, and company success is always the end goal. Essential Duties and Responsibilities : Prepare journal entries, analyze, and reconcile general ledger accounts Problem solve and prepare bank reconciliations Support Caselle customers with their day to day questions, including providing guidance to front line workers, reconciling accounts and providing reporting and analysis as needed Coordinate and assist in quarterly and annual reporting requirements Provide excellent customer service General ledger account reconciliations Assist in monthly financial reporting and monthly close processes Other general accounting support functions Experience and Skills Qualifications : Associates Degree in Accounting, related field or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred May be fresh out of school, or have one to three years of experience in an accounting role Excellent organizational skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Self-motivated, customer service-focused, and detail oriented Ability to adapt easily to change Proficient use and knowledge of computer systems Attention to detail Ability to work toward, and meet specified deadlines Salary : To be discussed during interview process Job Posted by ApplicantPro
