Our Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) creates a positive impact on the lives of children that are on the spectrum. We are also located in various areas of Florida, North Carolina, Texas, and more that allow easy transition if moving is in your future. Contractor or W2 Position that allows you to choose your clients, schedule, and locations that fit your needs Salary : $68.00 - $75.00 per hour for 1099, $90,000-95,000 for W2 Currently offering cases for a BCBA in the North Miami, FL area. For W2 option, KidsSPOT/ Excellence offers its employees a generous employee benefits package including: BCBS Medical Insurance, Dental, Vision insurance, Aflac, 401K plan with a generous contribution, 8-day paid holiday, PTO, discretionary bonuses, and much more. All benefits offered are subject to eligibility requirements, terms, and provisions set forth in the respective policies and plan documents, which you may request from Human Resources. Qualifications: Masters' degree in a related field Certificate of Completion of the exam by the BACB Reliable means of transportation Duties & Description: Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments and Reassessments Develop and implement parent training and support programs Provide field and supervision for the RBT & BCaBA Provide support and mentorship for the RBT & BCaBA Kids SPOT is committed to providing our Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) equal opportunities.
