Facility Custodian - Day Shift 6 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. M - F Average 40-hour work week Competitive Pay, Benefits and a Great Work Environment Good opportunities for weekly overtime. Weekly Pay $17/ Hour Overview of Position Responsible for ensuring all offices, restrooms, breakrooms, kitchens, and common areas remain clean and always sanitized. Description of Duties and Job Responsibilities Sweeping, mopping, dumping trash and wiping down tables in breakroom and kitchens Sweeping, mopping, dumping trash and wiping down Restrooms Cleaning and wiping down all office areas Sweeping, mopping, and wiping down areas in lobby as needed Wipe down and clean throughout the facility as needed Instrumental in ensuring the facility is clean for all employees, customers, and guests. Maintain excellent on-time attendance record Other duties as assigned Physical Requirements Must be able to stand for 8-10 hours per day Physical ability to perform heavy lifting up to 50lbs Bending and stooping Reaching Good hand eye coordination Preferred Qualifications High school diploma or GED equivalent Minimum 2 years' experience in commercial or residential cleaning Able to read and write in English Able to sort, organize, and maintain Great attention to detail Diligent and punctual Good physical stamina Capable of sitting, standing, or walking for extended periods of time Ability to always follow directions.
