This position is eligible for a $6000 retention bonus ($2500 paid after 6 months of service with the remainder paid after 12 months of service) Salary Range Dependent upon qualifications Clinical Trainee $56,507.44 - $79,110.41 Fully Licensed $62,158.18 - $93,237.27 This area has been designated as a recruitment desert area. Employees who primarily work in this area will receive a 15% differential pay in addition to their base salary (which is already included in the salary range above). Position Summary Position on a dedicated team of mental health professionals and practitioners specializing in providing therapy services to children, adolescents, and their families, in the environments where they live. Mental health providers on the team provide clinical interventions under the supervision of a licensed mental health professional. The role of our program is to support children and adolescents and their families in their efforts for our clients to be maintained in the home, if possible, and in foster care or group home when necessary. Our clients are faced with various hurdles in their lives, including trauma, attachment difficulties, and other mental and emotional health struggles. FTP strives to implement a team-based approach to support the complexities of the clinical work done with our clients. This position requires services to be delivered in the community, at home, at school or elsewhere. It is a position that requires working closely with and being sensitive to relationships with local schools, and a variety of Washington County providers. This position has a lower billable expectation than most positions of this type, is a full-time salaried position rather than being by billed services, and includes mileage reimbursement for travel to and from contacts with clients. The position includes a $400 annual training stipend, flexible hours set largely by the provider, and the possibility of supervision towards licensure depending on the license being sought and supervisor availability. Qualifications Licensed Mental Health Professional or Clinical Trainee is required (must have a Master's Degree in Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or Clinical Counseling and must have/be currently pursuing LICSW, LMFT, LP or LPCC licensure). Licensure Supervision is provided. Preferred Qualifications Experience delivering either in-home or crisis services. Experience with Electronic Health Records. Experience working with trauma, attachment difficulties, emotional and behavioral escalations, and complex family systems. This position requires the use of a personal automobile for transportation and may require frequent use for traveling between office and clients' homes. An active driver's license and vehicle insurance per Canvas Health policy are required. The use of a cell phone is required for this position. Must be able to report to work on a regular and timely basis. This position requires some evening and on-call hours (phone response only approximately one week out of six).
