Varying shift of 7am - 3pm and 12pm - 8pm based upon facilities need. Assist in the creation of a weekly activity calendar for residents of different functioning levels. Escort residents with field trips whenever necessary. As required, you keep accurate records for each resident you work with and report any changes in a resident's condition to the nursing department immediately.
