Substance Use Professional - Full Time Join a supportive team who values personal & professional growth and serving our community! As a member of our ACT multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive substance abuse assessments that describes the relationship between the member's mental health and substance use. You will serve as a consultant and educator to fellow ACT team members regarding integrated dual disorder treatment. This is a community-based role in the Wake County area. If you love being out and about and seeing clients in the community, you may be a great fit! Pay Starting around $47,000 per year, based on licensure and experience. Schedule Flexible! Join us for daily morning team meetings from 830a-930a, then create your own schedule after that! You will be eligible for medical benefits the first of the month following your first 30 days. We have options for a standard plan, as well as an HSA with a $300 initial contribution and up to a $25 per paycheck match. You would receive 10 paid holidays as well as PTO hours which would accrue at a rate of 10 hours per month. After 6 months you would be eligible to enroll in our 401(k) plan which has a 4% match. We also provide company paid life insurance, short- and long-term disability, in house and paid training opportunities, and paid credentialing. SouthLight is also eligible for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program (PSLF). Job Responsibilities of an ACTT Substance Use Professional Assist in the development of natural support networks Individual and group supportive counseling Monitor symptoms and medications and link the individual to the appropriate services, agencies and supports in the community Write, implement, evaluate, and revise client's person-centered plan and overall treatment goals Participate in on-call crisis intervention rotation Review treatment progress and provide continuous consultation with other Assertive Community Treatment Team staff Ensure immediate and appropriate interventions are provided in response to changes in mental status which may put individual at risk. Follow service definition guidelines for services being provided Qualifications of an ACTT Substance Use Professional Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in Human Services required Experience with Adult Developmental and Intellectual Disability, Mental Health, and Substance Use Disorders 2-4 years of experience working with co-occurring and mental health population Certifications Valid North Carolina Driver License LCAS-A or CADC Fully licensed LCAS desirable About SouthLight Healthcare Tap into your passion at SouthLight Healthcare.
