Test and document application customizations, fixes, and interfaces. Consult with users, technology liaisons, applications support personnel, and developers when researching solutions. Learn to provide JD Edwards functional/application support for managed services and/or projects using creative and critical thinking skills. Learn JD Edwards development (foundational, RDA, FDA, UDOs) using identified best practices, and procedures. SQL and Scripting languages. Monitor and troubleshoot daily, weekly, monthly, and annual processes. Identify process improvements, requirements, and document within Solution Design Documents and Technical Specifications as needed. Structures and organizes own work to deliver individually on priorities and client needs to drive results. Creation and maintenance of unit, acceptance, and integration test scripts. Client Engagement Perform billable work for clients for assigned statements of work including managed services and discrete projects. What You'll Bring: Experience Required: 5+ years previous residential single and/or multi-family purchasing experience. Required: The capability to learn JD Edwards and provide JD Edwards functional support. You will work in or be exposed to the following JD Edwards modules: Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA, Job Cost) Homebuilding Manufacturing Distribution Procurement Desired: Experience in a professional services or consulting company Desired: Light experience with JDE development Light experience with and understanding of common business processes and transaction processing Competent working on Level 1 difficulty tickets Education A four-year college degree or 5 years of direct experience and certifications . Achieve at KS2 As a W-2 employee, this position provides a competitive base salary with attractive employee benefits, including participation in our bonus plan.
