Elm Crest Senior Living Community , an American Baptist Homes of the Midwest community, is looking for creative and organized people to join our Activities and Life Enrichment team! As an Activity Assistant at Elm Crest, you are involved in the implementation, delivery and execution of activities for all Skilled Care, Memory Care, Assisted Living and Independent Living Residents living at our community. We are looking for an individual who is creative and willing to work directly one on one with each of our residents; as well as, in group settings. We are currently hiring for one full-time position. No experience is necessary. $1,000 sign on bonus! Exemplary customer service skills Every third Saturday rotation required Ability to demonstrate positive attitude, patience, respectful communication skills and emotional maturity to promote a healthy well-being to residents.
