Flat Rate Technician **UP TO A $10,000 SIGNING BONUS FOR EXPERIENCED CERTIFIED TECHNICIANS*** Pay: $42,000.00 - $125,000 (Weekly Bonus programs for qualified candidates) **Relocation bonus for the right candidate** Full-time : Flexible Schedules are Available BOCH Nissan is currently looking for a Flat Rate Technician to join our growing team! Job Summary Qualified candidates for this position should have a minimum of (1) year automotive service experience, knowledge and experience in drivability and engine diagnostics is a must. An emphasis on preventive maintenance service, alignments, brake service and related repairs up to major engine repairs are also required. If you are an Automotive Technician that takes pride in doing your work right the first time, we would love to speak with you. Our repair bays have the latest equipment needed to service today's vehicles. We Offer: Flexible work schedules with 4 day/10 hours or 3/12 hour shifts available in some locations Paid weekly, not bi-weekly 60 day guarantee to start, to get used to our processes, and software programs State of the art equipment A huge parts inventory resulting in less wait time to complete your job Company paid ASE testing Company paid Manufacturer training Medical, Dental and Vision Benefits (50% paid by company) Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays, Paid Sick Time 401K with Company Contribution Free Uniforms Supplied Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent.
