Title: Product Development Analyst Department: New Products FLSA: Exempt Reports to: VP, Product & Client Experience Position Summary The Product Development Analyst supports the growth of new and existing products by contributing to the Zenith American Solutions portfolio of products through product development research and data analytics. "Has minimum necessary access to Protected Health Information (PHI) and Personally Identifiable Information (PII) by Job Description/Role." Key Duties and Responsibilities Assist in managing the portfolio of Zenith American Solutions products available for offer to clients and customers Assists in identifying, and evaluating the need for new products Collaborates with other functions such as Sales, Client Services, IT, etc. to analyze and develop recommendations Assists in the development, planning, implementing, and driving revenue of new vendor partners Provides support, training, and problem resolution to internal and external customers as it relates to products Analyze vendor data, validate accuracy, identify trends, monitor performance, and provide recommendations for performance strategies. Optimize business processes through evaluation, development, and/or design of meaningful reports on a monthly cadence. Document departmental processes and procedures to establish operational governance in a shared location. Performs other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or GED Two years' experience in product development or sales Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and applications Intermediate knowledge of Excel Strong analytical, attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to exercise independent judgment and good time-management Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to work with a diverse group of professionals in close cooperation Preferred Qualifications Associate's or higher college degree Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel and/or Access Experience working with Taft Hartley business preferred Knowledge and understanding of third-party administration *Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee of this job.
