U.S. Sedan Worldwide HR Director Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities The following is not intended to be a comprehensive list of the essential functions of the HR Director position, but rather a general description of some of the requirements necessary to carry out the duties and responsibilities of this position. The HR Director must be able to perform the following tasks, among others: Manages the day-to-day responsibilities and operations, including delivery of services, adherence to policies, and administration and implementation of employment related programs Monitor and ensure the company's compliance with federal, state, and local laws and recommended best practices Assist and advise company management regarding Human Resources issues throughout the employee lifecycle Assists with the development and implementation of Human Resources strategy and programs to enhance employee performance and engagement Investigate employee complaints and mediate workplace disputes Assist in developing organizational development plan to meet personal, professional and organizational needs of company employees Support management by providing human resources advice, counsel, and decisions. Manage human resources operations training, coaching, and counseling staff Implement human resources strategies by establishing department accountabilities, including talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, and compensation Collaborate with senior leadership to understand the organization's goals and strategy related to staffing, recruiting, and retention.
