The PMO Squad is seeking a project manager for a 3-6-month contract to assist our client with post-acquisition integration projects. This is a fast-paced and dynamic role that requires someone who can pivot quickly and is willing to tackle whatever comes their way! This person will be an integral asset and "right-hand" for the lead implementation manager. The position is fully remote with onsite opportunities available for local candidates who would like to operate in a hybrid environment. Candidates residing in the Phoenix, AZ metro-area will be given priority review though the position is open to all U.S. residents. If you are a driven, multi-tasking, hands-on project manager looking for an exciting and new opportunity to work with post-acquisition integration projects, we encourage you to apply! Position : Contract | 3-6-months (possible extension) Location : Remote Pay : $55-$65/hr. DOE Experience: Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in a Project Management capacity Minimum 3 years of experience working on or with technical projects. Must have hands-on experience performing fundamental Project Manager duties such as project plans, risk mediation, dependencies, scope creep, etc. Must be familiar with Agile, Scrum, and Hybrid environments. Some proficiency with PPM tools such as MS Project, SmartSheet, etc. Experience working with integration projects preferred but not required. PMP or comparable certification a plus! Qualities for Success Collaborative, communicative, and cross-functional while understanding the importance of autonomy and accountability. Should be comfortable being hands-on working with both internal and external resources as well as working alongside senior leadership. Organized with a strong attention to detail. Comfortable interacting with various stakeholders throughout the organization including working with and directly reporting to the lead integration manager. Comfortable with high-level of visibility within projects and organization. Ability to and comfortable with pivoting quickly to address project needs.
