Pest USA is a family owned and operated growing Pest and Termite Control Company. Established in 1971, we have proudly upheld the true values of customer service and have grown into new territories and markets. We are currently seeking a Branch Manager to oversee operations. Candidates to be considered must be a certified operator in Wood-destroying Organisms (WDO) and Household Pest Control (HPC). Responsibilities and Duties include, but are not limited to: Manage daily operations while following Pest USA guidelines and procedures Maintaining budgets for Pest USA branches Distribute detailed reports and state required forms when necessary Maintain fleet vehicles, tools and products Hire, train and develop employees in the local market for sales and service All other duties assigned by management Minimum Qualifications: Possess current driver's license Willing to work evenings and weekends as needed Must maintain any state regulatory agency required licensing exams Must be certified in WDO and HPC Able to lift 25 pounds regularly and 50 pounds on occasion Ability to bend, kneel, crawl and walk on a regular basis Company proudly offers: Competitive compensation based on experience Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance Supplemental insurance benefits Paid Time Off Company vehicle and gas card Company cell phone 401k with company match All applicants are subject to drug testing, as well as a criminal background check, prior to being employed.
