Inbound Sales Representative (Inside) for Household Goods Moving Industry: Bluestar Moving Services is looking for an inside sales representative to handle inbound referrals from customers looking for a reliable mover. The ideal candidate has household goods moving or logistics industry background. They understand the industry and terminology used to help customers understand the benefits of our service. The rep will receive hot inbound referrals on a daily basis and will act quickly and efficiently to convert them into customers. They must be goal-oriented and commission-motivated while acting in the best interest of our customers. They are trust-worthy and honest in their communication and reporting. The Inside Sales Representative will be trainable and ready to hit the ground running when their training process is complete. The rep will have a friendly phone personality, enjoy communicating with potential customers and building relationships. They thrive off a positive team culture and like to have fun. They are able to handle rejection and apply training to overcome setbacks. They are looking to grow professionally on a daily basis. This position is located in Hillside, IL (suburban Chicago) and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work schedule. Reliability, high energy and great work ethic are a must.
