Auditor - Free Energy Savings Company/QCS $17.00/hr. Description : Come be part of the fast-growing Energy Efficiency Industry! Quality Conservation Services (QCS) and its parent, Free Energy Savings Company, provide free energy conservation improvements to qualified middle- and lower-income households in selected California communities under contracts funded by California utilities, such as SoCal Gas Energy Savings Assistance Program (ESA). We have immediate openings for audit clerks in our Montclair, CA office. Successful candidates often come from the medical billing field or have experience with completing auditing of invoices and installation work orders in contractor offices. Responsibilities of our Audit Clerks: Review enrollment, installation work orders, and Invoices for accuracy (and correct them as needed). Data Entry of invoices, installation work orders and enrollment paperwork. Create work reports for management as needed. Meet daily minimum production goals with a high degree of accuracy. Show up for work on time and daily. Qualifications & Skills of our Audit Clerks: Knowledge of general office procedures, email, and data processing. Ability to ensure a high degree of accuracy and consistency of the work being processed. Good math skills, detail oriented and good with numbers. Solid understanding of MS Word and Excel. Experience with FileMaker Pro a plus. Ability to sit at a computer and perform data entry and auditing functions for an extended period. Ability to show up for work on time and daily.
