Ability to improve operations by conducting systems analysis; recommending changes in policies and procedures. Determines operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development, and proposed solutions. Able to troubleshoot and solve complex technical issues. Be able to work independently and as part of a team. A significant background in reading, writing and debugging code. Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or related field; Hands-on programming experience. Manufacturing experience a plus.
