Summary Bullfrog Spas is looking for and individual to help grow the market in Bozeman MT. This role would cover all three aspects of the facility. Helping build strong sales, provide excellent service, and on time delivery of our spas. As we grow this role can expand into any direction that best fits you. Essential Duties and Responsibilities for Service and Deliveries Provide service and maintenance to trailers and vehicles Maintain inventory of spa parts on the vehicle and in the store organized, labeled, and stocked Provide water tests for customers Provide service to customers in local area Assist local store sales team when necessary Provide technical support to customers Assist in setting up shows and show room at local store Maintain and submit expense reports monthly Communicate local needs with service manager to improve the customer experience Maintain local service schedule, detailed notes of service provided, close service tickets, and collect payments from customers Schedule local service calls with the customer Assist with general maintenance needs for the local store facility Ship replaced warranty parts to Bullfrog manufacturing facility Essential Duties and Responsibilities for Bullfrog Spas Sales Associate Assist in-store customers with Sales of Spas Assist in-store customers with supplies and chemicals Receive and respond to customer phone calls and emails Stock merchandise and maintain retail portion of warehouse Efficiently stack and store the merchandise in the appropriate areas Spa payment and delivery coordination Improve and execute follow up methods with new and existing customers Product purchasing, stocking and inventory control Assist with store marketing activities Maintain cleanliness and appearance of showroom Help set up and work outside sales events. Events could last 5-10 days at a time and could happen 5-7 times per year Ability and willingness to cover our sister store in Tucson or work off site at local events Objectives Ensure 100% customer satisfaction by providing stand-out service to Bullfrog Spas customers. Help to increase store sales and build customer loyalty. Skills/Qualifications Excellent customer service skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Organized self-starter. Interpersonal skills to work with a wide variety of people each day, build relationships and network. Professional customer service skills. Communication skills, especially persuasion, to clearly convey the benefits of a product to potential customers. Ability to participate in and attend sales meetings even if outside regular business hours, as required. Administrative organization skills, including Microsoft Office, Teams, Time Management, verbal communication, self-confidence. Promoting process improvement and decision making, attention to detail. Ability to lift and carry up to 150 lbs. Miscellaneous Advise and assist the store manager(s) with special projects and event as needed.
