Position Summary : As a member of our Therapy Team, the Physical Therapy Assistant responds to, treats and rehabilitates residents by providing them with necessary therapeutic interventions with the highest level of professionalism, care and compassion. They maintain pertinent documentation, carry out appropriate treatment plans under supervision of OTR/L or PT, and contribute to discharge planning.
