Responsibilities Administers prescribed medical treatments/medications to individuals according to physician's orders and maintains accurate record keeping. Maintains current medical, medication, anecdotal and immunization records on all assigned individuals on a daily, monthly and/or annual basis as specified by regulations. Monitors health status of assigned individuals through observation and/or consultation with residential staff. Reports changes in health status to assigned Residential RN and/or Nurse Team Leader.
