Our focus is to provide technology solutions that simplify the lives of our clients. We are currently accepting resumes for a Information Technology Director. This is a full-time position responsible for the management of the day-to-day operation. This includes management of Servers, Workstations, Laptops, Cloud Services, Network, Firewalls, Software, Endpoint Protection, VoIP services, email / O365, data backups / disaster recovery, IT Compliance, Security / MFA and any other IT related services. Main Job Task and Responsibilities: All Break Fix and MSP Services; Ensure all SLA's are met, work is scheduled, and completed on time. Work and Assign Tickets Monitor Escalation / SLA Agreements of all Work Orders / Tickets Manages all employees under role position, provide all functions of management for employees; goal planning, weekly meetings, reviews, training, and corrective actions. Strategic Helps with Strategic Business Reviews "TBR" Finds areas for Compliance Business opportunities Monthly Compliance Reviews Operational Metrics - Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Annually - To be Defined and automated Create checklist and client documentation for streamline success Operationally Review Billing and Approve Invoicing per Techs weekly from PSA Setup Automated Billing / Contracts in PSA based on service signed agreements Assist Accounting with any billing or research as needed Marketing Help review marketing plans and release of strategic market targeting Identify opportunities for target marketing Weekly Responsibilities Work Hours - 8:00 to 5:00 Monday - Friday. Log all time in PSA system - Additional hours may be necessary to take care of the clients outside standard work hours.
