This allows us to ask relevant questions to help them think through their priorities and dreams. Our role will shift from traditional banker to a financial mentor, ready to help move our clients forward on the very best path for their unique situation. While teller transactions will be available, this will serve as a secondary function of this location. This new location will be both high tech and high touch and will focus on building community in very unique ways. Position Summary The Operational Specialist is responsible for operational aspects of the financial center. The Operational Specialist works closely with the Client Experience & Engagement Manager, and as an active member of the Sales/Service Team, promotes the bank by identifying client needs and recommending appropriate products, services and Business Partners. Educational & Other Requirements Must be passionate about client service and use communications and relationship management skills to ensure an exceptional level of client satisfaction. Minimum of 3 years of banking experience including bank retail operations preferred Fluent in new technology products. Associate degree in Finance or Business-related discipline preferred.
