Arrow Child & Family Ministries is seeking a Behavioral Support Specialist for our Treatment Foster Care Program. The Behavior Support Specialist is responsible for the direct provision of in-home and community-based rehabilitation and support services to participating TFC clients. The Behavior Support Specialist provides services in the home, community, or program site, assuming a supportive role in the ongoing development and implementation of Trust-Based Relational Intervention in the home, and provides additional support to foster families, and supervision of clients. EDUCATION, LICENSURE AND/OR EXPERIENCE Bachelor’s Degree in social work, psychology, mental health or another related human services field. At least one (1) year of previous experience working with youth in a mental health setting preferred. OTHER REQUIREMENTS Valid driver's license Proof of current Auto Registration, Inspection and Insurance Driving Record (three years) from the state in which the driver's license is valid Must submit to and pass a pre-employment drug test. Must submit to and pass random drug tests during employment. Must successfully pass all background screens as required by the state. Must be 21 years of age or older.
